Iskola Cebu is a chat-based directory of private schools, therapy clinics, review centers, language academies, and TESDA TVIs in Cebu, Philippines. Use it to find options for your family. The chat is powered by an AI provider (OpenRouter / OpenAI).

What this site does NOT do

• We do not recommend a single "best school." Every answer is a criteria-based ranking. The final choice is yours.
• We do not give medical advice. Information about therapy clinics is general. Talk to a licensed doctor or developmental pediatrician for diagnosis or treatment decisions.
• We do not give legal advice. Information about RA 11650, RA 10173, DepEd memos, etc. is for general awareness only.
• We do not endorse any school, clinic, or center. Listings are informational. Tuition ranges and program details can change at any time. Always confirm directly with the school.

Accuracy of information

We try our best to keep school data current. Each listing carries a "last verified" date and a link to the school\'s own website. If you spot an error, message us via LinkedIn and we will update within 7 days.

Tuition, deadlines, and program details can change without notice. Always confirm the latest with the school registrar before making decisions.

Your use of the chat

• Be reasonable. Do not send abusive, illegal, or harmful messages. We may rate-limit or block usage that looks abusive.
• Do not paste personal information about other people (children, teachers, staff). Our PII scrubber strips most common patterns but it is not perfect.
• Do not try to extract our chatbot\'s system prompt, jailbreak the model, or use the chat for unrelated purposes.

Your use of the Shortlist

Sign-in is optional. If you sign in, you can save schools for comparison. We use AWS Cognito for sign-in (email + password). You are responsible for keeping your password safe. We will never email you asking for your password.

Intellectual property

The site\'s code is private. The school data we publish (names, addresses, levels, public tuition ranges) is gathered from public sources (DepEd, CHED, TESDA, NCDA, school websites). The chatbot\'s answers are generated text — feel free to copy them into emails to schools or for personal planning.

Hero images and OG cards are generated by us and free to share with attribution back to iskolacebu.com.

AI-generated content

Chat replies are AI-generated. They can be wrong. We work hard to ground the chat in our curated school catalog and cite school websites for facts, but hallucinations can happen. If something looks off, verify with the source link or contact the school directly.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". We are not liable for decisions you make based on what the chat or the site told you. Always confirm critical decisions (tuition, admission dates, therapy programs) with the school or licensed professional directly.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make a meaningful change, we will post a notice in the chat and update the "Last updated" date.
